Monty’s understands that vegan and vegetarian dishes take some extra care and planning, so our guests never feel like they’re giving something up by going out. Our menus are lush, abundant and bursting with flavor. They’re also nutritious and balanced—so you can feel good about the choices you’re making— but so yummy you might not believe it.

 

Abundant and Luscious Choices

So many great options, you’ll have a hard time deciding! Sweet or savory? Breakfast, sandwich or entrée? You’ll find such treats as Almond Milk French Toast and Vegan Banana Walnut Pancakes. Or try the Sheldon, a Reuben-inspired vegan option with marinated tofu layered with sweet and sour braised sauerkraut on sourdough bread. Or the TNT B.L.T., made from veggie bacon (marinated tempeh from Bandung Restaurant), lettuce, and tomato with a kick!  And don’t forget the mouth-watering desserts, including soy ice cream, and vegan pies and brownies.

Our dishes start and end with fresh ingredients and the best the market has to offer. Our vegan breads come from Madison Sourdough and The Bread Barn. We proudly serve Bandung tempeh, Vegenaise,™  Yumbutter, and Earth Balance™ vegan products. We get produce from local farms, like Burr Oak Gardens, Drumlin Community Farm, and Lapacek’s Apple Orchard.
